 I guess that it should be more properly something like Nieuw
 Ansterdam.  Yep, that's the one.  I stopped reading the book
 after a couple of chapters because I'd prefer to start a series
 with the first book.  Unfortunately, this is the only one we
 have.  I may try InterLibrary loan.
