What you do is you buy a lot with 100 front feet for $3 or $4K, sell it
for $120,000 and buy a place where you WANT to live.
Hey -- I'll sell you 9.9 acres in Gloucester County, Virginia -- a
beautiful wooded place 200 yards off the road (with its own access road
and electricity) for half that. :-)
