Hello-Alex-Enjoyed reading your post.  I have been on Dong Quai for 3 months 
now.  You did not mention it helps with the eyes too.  Do you know if there 
could be an interaction with Dong Quai and St. John's Wort?
I can't tolerate Ginseng.  It causes pain in my left shoulder but I have not 
experience this with Dong Quai.  Although I have to watch the brand I buy 
because I can tell a differenc.  Would be interested in hearing your 
comments.  Another thing I learned if I take Dong Quai I don't need to take 
the aspirin and more Vitamin E.  Thank you for your post.  Gayle
