In point of fact, yes, he does. Or at least, Klingons in
general are known for having anatomical redundancies. In the
novel _Kahless_ specific mention is made of the TNG episode
where Worf's back was broken. I don't remember the details
of the episode (and I'm skeptical of novel-based info), but
it appears this very redundancy was what enabled him to walk
again....
