Good show!  Encourage him in all his Merit Badge endevours, not just the ones 
for Eagle.  By doing all the "easy" ones first, he'll build up his 
self-esteem and skills for tackling the "harder" ones.  I would be more than 
happy to assist with the requirements for the Citizenship in the World MB.
