I am aware of several video boards that allow the conversion and storage of
full motion video and audio and full screen and speed. This technology is 
sed
in the new DBS (small dish satellite) systems such as one marketed by RCA.
I want to know what PC video converter boards are available, reasonably
priced, so that the home vidiographer can edit and produce complex sequences
(like those one can usually see in music videos)
Digital editing has a lot of advantages that an editing deck is hard pressed
to do.
