3 tb Butter or margarine
2 tb Sugar
1 1/2 ts Salt
3 1/3 c Bread flour
3 tb Dry milk
1 3/4 ts Active dry yeast

1 Egg beaten with
1 tb Water

Coarse salt, sesame seeds
Poppy seeds
Reconstituted dried onion

Here's a variation of the egg bagel that requires no boiling. The
result is a soft, tasty bagel that will save time on a busy holiday.
Serve it with your Easter dinner or use it for leftover ham
sandwiches.
Upon completion of the dough cycle, shape bagels and allow a second
rise for 20-30 minutes or until about doubled in size. DO NOT BOIL.
Brush with glaze, sprinkle with topping and bake in a preheated 350F.
oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
