I could try to emrge nfs and setting somethig up like this on my main fido
pc exports.
/home/ftp/new
87.62.16.107/255.255.255.0(rw,sync,no_root_squash,no_subtree_check)
(my pc's is doing wan networking)

Then see if it will work aas I have ftp files on 2 different directories on
my fido pc name /ftp/new and /ftp/old/fido there is 2 diffrent harddisks.
