well put it to maximum and try again, I see it as this, the session preority 
deafults to one, se for example, the systems give one seconf of every 32 
seconds to that application, now if you run a session with a preority of 32, 
the system will give 32 out of 32 seconds to that program and thus 
(figurately speaking) pauseing all the other sessions...
