The biggest issues are baffling, and apparent diagonal outline (at some angle of reflection, it's better to go with a spherical flat than a traditional diagonal that's shaped 1.4:1). You may also want to include a tertiary flat right underneath the focuser to make the 'look into the eyepiece' angle as comfortable as possible.
