Have you tried a netmail message to Matt Bedynek at 1:106/1 or at 1:19/0? 
If you have, and he hasn't answered you, let me know how long you have been
waiting for a netmail reply from him.  Also let me know if you have polled
him for his reply.

That is not true.  There is no requirement to run a BBS system in order to
be listed in the nodelist, nor is it necessary in order to be contacted. 
That is one of reasons we use Netmail.
