You've got the right idea Matrika.  It's unfortunate that such conflicts
occur in a place where people seek help.  I don't handle conflict well
either, but one of the things I've learned from recovery is that I can't
change anyone else.  I am responsible for my own actions.  By not condoning
or contributing to the uproar you still keep your candle lit.  I'm sure it IS
discouraging but I hope you hang in there until you can start getting some of
the 'good stuff' again.  Good luck and let me know how it goes.
