Also I note this quote that suggests that IF
the protein is mostly hydrophilic amino acids
it can be denatured, and it will anneal to its
original shape when cooler temps return.

Thus IF the protein is hydrophilic, it too can
go through a cycle where it denatures and 
anneals back to its original shape.

"If a protein remains water soluble when
denatured (unlike albumin) it can return to
its native conformation if/when placed back
into a normal environment."
