Think of PowerBasic as a superset of QuickBasic. It can do anything QB can do 
and more.

It does have it's own editor, but it takes a little getting used to, IMO.

Well the biggie, for me anyway, is that PowerBasic is still being supported 
and QuickBasic isn't.
