I beg to differ.  A friend of mine (Windsorites may know him as Rafiki) was 
recently acquired a 56K Flex Motorola.  I have uploaded to him with my 14400 
at 5840 CPS many times.  My 14400 was hit by lightning and fried the Flow 
Control
