How I interpret the post and I do agree, is that anti-gravity, specifically
the negation of gravitation NOT using another fundimental force is vague even
in theory. However, it is not very difficult to overcome gravitation using
another fundimental force, specifically electromagnetism. I actually posted
up a simple method of using the earth magnetic field for propulsion within
the atmosphere (you have make the magentic field not uniform in the craft).
