They'll be available from at least Christopher Baker's FidoNet node in Zone 
1, from Jim Barchuk's web site in the USA, from my WOC web site in Australia 
and from Ronald's ftp via email site in the Netherlands.  
Hopefully you, or someone else, can take advantage of one of those avenues to 
obtain a copy and make it further (or more locally) available.
