Lots of people have told me that.  Being an experimenter, I had mine for
less than 24 hours when I attempted a casserole in it.  Which worked, by
the way.  I have even baked bread in mine.  Bread doesn't turn out real
well though.  It lacks that nice crust that a regular oven gives it.
