Or you could try AES in Tempe AZ, (602)820-5411. They carry all kinds of
antique radio and amplifier parts.

The heat gun is too concentrated and too hot.

Wouldn't matter... The frame needs to be bigger than the mold, and you're
trimming the plastic off at the edge of the mold. Anything beyond that is
scrap, including the frame.
