I have a strange problem with Qmodem Pro...  I have been using
this program on my old 386 for several years with NO problems.  I
recently upgraded to a Pentium 120Mhz and copied the whole program over
to this new system, (all directories and files) and QmPro starts to come
up, displays it's startup logo, then the display goes BLACK.  However if
I press the usual keys to dial the BBS, (I normally call), it dials,
logs me on, downloads my mail using the script set up to do that, but
the whole time the screen display is remains BLACK.  I can then press
Alt-X and exit from QmPro, and then and only then does the display
return to normal, AFTER I exit QmPro.
        I can get into OLX, QmPro's Mail Reader, with no display
problems.  But not Qmodem...
        I am a registered user of QmPro and very familiar with it and
would like to continue to use it, BUT...
        Has anyone got any!!! ideas!!!?
