Oh, so you're a known terrorist right now.  You didn't specdify any 
conditions orpositions, but merely that it is the "first" or "only" options.  
You molest my sister, it is the first AND only option in my view, especially 
how the justice system is.  If he gets convicted that's fine because the 
inmates will kill him.  If he's not, I'll do it.  You hurt any of my good 
friends, I'll hurt you.  Am I now a knownb terrorist?  Let me go deeper, the 
Revolutionary War.  They had run out of their options.  They drew up a 
Declaration of Independence and started a war.  Was George Washington a known 
terrorist?  I didn't say you're logic was flawed, especially since I don't 
follow it.  I just asked you, because I know you think a few les people than 
you mentioned a terrorist, to limit your definition.
