The importing/exporting of echomail can happen in realtime if you desire it,
Mystic will create semaphore files to trigger an event, and the Mystic Events
editor will allow you to get it sending and checking as often as you wish to
configure it, this will all be explained in Paul's videos too, mutil is
pretty powerful, combined with the Events editor you can make it do some
pretty cool things pretty much out of the box.
