HELP!!!  I have a male Cockatiel which is about 2 yrs old.  And the female 
that
I have is probably about 3 years old.  I got the female in May and
introduced the female to the male, as soon as I got it.  They are very
comfortable with one another.  The first one in the nesting box was the male,
and he went in there about a month ago, but the female won't have anything
to do with the nesting box.  She will sit on the outside on the perch and
everyonce in a while, she'll stick her head in, but thats it.  The male on
the other hand, will stay in there hours and hours, just whistling, and
talking up a storm.  They are both horny as heck, the female will
sound like shes doing a mating call and have her butt way up in the air, but
the male doesn't seem to pay her any attention.  And, the male, he will 
masturbate on the corner of the food cup, with the female paying no attention
to him.
What do I do??  Does anyone have any suggestion?
