It fixes many problems with OS/2 and brings the code level up to the "blue" 
spline level.  It also includes the PPP.exe program for the Internet Access 
Kit.
All other fixpacks I recommend installing only if you absolutely need to.  
For instance:  SmartSuite 96 for OS/2 requires that you install FixPack 26 or 
higher.
