You dont actually KNOW that Pauls line is deficient, in fact
the Courier/Courier stats when Russ called him were MUCH better
than when he called YOU. While not as good as when he called
the bulldog, Pauls line looks pretty reasonable actually.

And since the begley gets perfect 28800/28800 connects every time when
Paul has an M34F online, thats more evidence that his line is good.
