Here we go again!
It's _the same thing_ as embedding malware in a GIF - it's only code
if the program that is reading the data (PKUNZIP in this case)
decides that for some reason, known only to itself, it says "I don't
_care_ what the programmer who wrote me wants me to do!  _I'm_ gonna
_execute_ this stuff instead of just reading it into a buffer and
manipulating it!"
PKUNZIP is a program that reads data, applies certain algorithms to
that data, and writes that modified data out to a file.  IT DOESN"T
EXECUTE THAT DATA.
