Sure, several ways come to mind.
If you understand what's happening, you'll understand what needs to be done.
The antenna you are using is too efficient; it's pulling in sugnals that are
far weaker than you really want. Therefore, if you can cut it's efficiency,
you will only get the stronger (nearer) signals.
You can put an attenuator in-line in the cable; Radio shack sells several.
You can replace the antenna vertical with a shorter piece of metal rod; this
will de-tune the antenna, and make it less efficient on the frequency you
use.
You can simply cut part of the antenna off, doing the same as the last idea.
Anything to make the antenna less efficient will work.
