I don't have any way to scan 'em, but if you have "Audio IC Op Amp
Applications" (or some such combination of those words!), Jung has
three RIAA phono circuits in there.  One is sort of general purpose,
the second is a hi-performance circuit using a more esoteric op amp
and a couple of harder-to-find parts, and the third uses some kind of
differential mode video op amp.  I built the second one.
