Because NBC didn't know how to market the PPV last time, and lost big bucks, 
so they don't want to do it again.
 
I hear from some of the magazines that there will be videos, and Miller's 
(the tack-and-clothing people) will be the official distributors. 
 Stay tuned and I'll post more details as I get them (e.g. when I 
see actual ordering information or ads).
