Right, ta.  Well, that strengthens the case for V34 and V32b being
redundent modem flags for nodelisting, which is what this was in reference
too - in other words V.34 requires V.8, which apparently specifies that
V.32bis be available as well in modems using it .. I'd like to check this
myself.

Craig also states (and quotes from) the AT&T "V.32terbo" spec
as requiring V.32bis also (fairly obvious).  It's unlear whether V.fc does
also, despite the Rockwell and USR modems implementing it all doing V.32bis
also (anyway).
