No, it's even short. Looking in the source, there is no limit for the
commandline. Only the description storage in the files database is limited.
And even then, if a FILE_ID.DIZ is found that will be used instead of the
commandline, unless that file is badly formatted.
In case of this file, the description will be used. Hm, just trying it with
a exe file, something is wrong here.
