Hi! Bill,

On 09 Jan 96 20:57:00, Bill Langfield whispered to All:

BL> Does anyone know of a terminal program that can send
BL> RI (Ring Indicate) to force a bbs programme to think
BL> it is getting a call from a phone connection rather
 BL> than from a Null modem/cable connection.

I do it on the BBS side with a util that came with the BNU fossil driver,
called FUTIL. If you have FUTIL as well, let me know and I'll give you a
blow-by-blow description of how it's done. :)

Cheers,
Paul.

... Operator, trace this call and tell me where I am.
