And I run NT 4.0 here, and run web, e-mail and FTP servers with it. It's a
/very/ secure system.

The problems with that campus are likely due to the network administrators
being used to using Unix systems in the past, and not knowing how to
properly configure and secure the Win NT and Win2000 machines.
