Well, I do have two macros which do just that. One displays the command
bound to a key and the other searches the key definitions for a string
(better regular expression). I wrote them for my colleagues which (at
least in the beginning) were a bit at odds with the keyboard assignments
I had invented.
I never uploaded them, because I didn't think there were a general
demand for that kind of thing and because they are a bit harder to use
and to configure than your usual garden variety of macro. They access
and search the UI configuration file to do their job, e.g. the UI file
must be installed on disk and it must be placed either in its default
directory or the macros must be adapted manually.
If there's any kind of general interest in my macros, I would be willing
to upload them and even write a short documentation.
Dieter
