Its definitely your phones.  Try disconnecting all your phones and see 
if you still get dropout. I had the same problem.  You will have to 
replace your hand set for a new model.  A word of advice though.  
Telecom will not replace your hand set free of charge as they say it was 
not meant for working with computer equipment attached to your phone 
line.  It will cost you to changeover to a new model.

Oops I accidentally step on my phone now they will have to replace it 
free.  Grin....
