most probably NOT.
so far, no source of a version between a full tenth version was released
(e.g. between 2.50 and 2.60 there were interim releases 2.56 and 2.59 of
which the source wasn't published).

if you mean BT-XE 2.60 Final, you are right, it is intended to release the
source when a final version is ready.
