Sorry...can't help you, but just thought I would tell you I am running the
same machine!  UMC mother board as well?
Maybe YOU can help ME!  I have 16 megs of ram now (2-8's) and if I add
the 2-4's I have it won't boot!  Could you tell me which slots you have
each ram module in to get the 24 megs working??  I would be forever in your
debt!
