Does anyone have access to any numbers concerning adoptions?
I have had the impression that adoptable white babies became rarer
as the 60s became the 70s, and rarer still since then.  But I was
recently informed that out-of-wedlock births to white women has
increaed 251% since 1966.  
Have adoptions increased or decreased since the 60s?  
Haven't some adoptions agencies gone out of business in the last
twenty years?
