I don't know if Deputy Police exists, but Заместитель Полиции 
is something strange. I can imagine a Deputy of some Police officer, but not a 
Deputy of Police as a whole. So it should be something like 
Заместитель начальника полиции нодлиста. 
Please pay attention to the words order.
