On 28/03/1998, as I teleported back from the Restaurant at the End of the
Universe, I heard Keith Kottwitz say to John Angelico about Fixpack 35

Hi again, Keith (after another hiatus in ether-limbo-land: SIO drivers

Start slow (well, within 5-10 seconds of session commencing ie about
Windows load time) and stay slow
Since last time I have also applied and then backed out of Warp 4 FP 5 and
6. No change in the problem.
For now I am at Warp 4 GA, but I might apply FP1 soon.
