I look at how the US assassinated Allende.  If you think that it is moral
to assassinate the democratically elected leader of an independent country
then you have a different understanding of the real world than I have.

I won't waste time matching you "instance for instance" but I
will say that the blinders you wear when considering actions by successive
US governments seriously weakens your claim to any moral high ground.
