If I'm not mistaken this FidoNet echo is being gated with a mailing list that
was started by the ex-moderator of this echo.  He asked my help in getting the
two linked up and we got it linked up over a year or so ago.  Its possible he
stopped the mailing list and thereby the mail in here dropped but I would have
to try the old email address I have for him to make sure.

I'm the one who keeps the echo listed and am listed as one of the moderators.
If anyone wants to link another mailing list into this echo you would have to
have the permission of the mailing list moderator and myself.  As long as the
spam was filtered out and and I had assurances that any problem participant
would be taken care of then it would be okay with me.  Let me know and I'll
talk at ya l8er.
