Hello All!

i have a uplink that toss to much on call or incomming connects, i think it
would help if the bash do some maintaince to skip call hpt/htick if its already
running, but using fidoconf lockfile is to late to check if we are running or
not :=)

model:

if bash-lock-file exists
  do nothing
else
  create bash-lock-file
  do hpt
  do htick
  delete bash-lock-file
endif

who have one that works ?

symtoms on error is that i see pkt files with other extensions then pkt eq pku
in inbound

there is something rothen out there :(
