That can be made to happen "always" for the replacement of the OK message. 
The only problem is I forgot how to do it. It doesn't hurt the modem, but you 
reset one of the registers to get that and no it isn't documented from the 
manual. It was posted some time ago here in the echo and I tried it. I wish I 
were more help, but memory fails me here. :( -_-_-Bill
