I took over in 1992 when Dave Hatch bolted off to Maximus.  Dave Hatch had 
taken over around 1990/1991 when Bill Bolton was sent Stateside to Boca Raton 
by his employer (a bank) with one week's notice to learn all about OS/2 :-)
