    Commercial traders are welcome. All other discusion is off 
    topic, take it elsewhere.
 
2.  If you are not offering goods for sale or responding to a message
    with an offer to buy, you are off topic. 

3.  "you're ripping people off" type messages are not permitted
unless you can 
    and will supply the item cheaper *or* refer the buyers to someone that will.

4.  Flaming is _not_ permitted.

5.  bad language will not be tolerated. 

6.  All posters in here *will* be treated with courtesy.

7.  If you think a message is off topic, chances are I do as well. Let me
    deal with people who infringe on the rules. If you answer an off topic
    message that puts you off topic also.

8.  Discussions on ANY of the rulings made by the Moderator are NOT
    permitted in the echo, if you have a problem, you *Netmail* _me_.
