G'morning William,

I fear that I have not made any break-through with MM - I've acquired 3
QWKs and read them with SLMR on an old 486.

I did upgrade PKZIP to version 250 as suggested and tested things out -
it peeked into and unpacked the QWKs mmanually without hassle.  MM still
said it couldn't unpack the QWKs.

I also changed all the "**\multimail\**" entries in MMAIL.RC to
"\**\multim~1\**\" - again without effect.

I'll email you the MM pack I used so you can double-check its
authenticity.

I'll be interested to see if I have any troubles getting this REP packet
back onto my BBS.
