Best bet is to go to one of the smaller nurseries in your area and ask some
questions. Local folks will know what grows best in your area. Another isea
is just to take a long slow walk about your neighborhood and see what seems
to be growing well that you like. Get some of the same .
In my area, roses do very well so slowly I am converting the plantings over
to bulbs and roses. Easy care types with just a little dusting needed for
the roses now and again. Rosefood spikes every year and be done with it!
