Well, I complained. Trev answered my cries in the spirit echo. But you
are correct, just because people never report a problem doesn't mean
it isn't there. And fidonet isn't the only place in the world where
you report problems.

People aren't expected to instantly know that it's the "double-send bug"
they might just say that when they try to upload to a particular
maestro they only achieve 800cps. 

I did complain, when I did MBE told me it was maestro's fault. I
think MBE basically ignored and denied the problem.
