I work for Billy Guyaats in Melbourne and I can tell you from first hand
knowlege, big companys with big name brands don't try to rip people off.
EG) The entire Genuin IBM range has a mark up of 3.3%!!  Most small computer
shops that I know off add 20 - 25% markup and use cheaper parts (worse
quality)
